Paul is a founding partner of Russell + Mills Studios, based in Fort Collins and Denver, Colorado. He has practiced for more than 30 years with diversified experience in national and international projects. An Australian native, Paul brings a global lens to the firm; he has had an international career that includes tenure at leading firms in Brisbane and New York. Paul’s expertise spans across professional applications – from urban design and regeneration to mixed-used master planning to resort, attraction and recreation design. Paul injects his passion into all his projects, designing places that offer multi-faceted experiences and are contextually focused and sustainable. He is licensed in a multitude of states including North Carolina, New York, Colorado, Ohio and Idaho.
