West Elizabeth Enhanced Travel Corridor Plan 

Russell + Mills Studios worked with Felsburg Holt & Ullevig and the City of Fort Collins to create and envision the West Elizabeth Travel Corridor Plan. The plan was created to provide a multi-modal facilities through the area from Shields Street to Overland Trail. The plan identified key intersection improvements, preferred street cross sections, and improved bike and pedestrian facilities. Extensive outreach was done in order to garner public involvement and approval.
