Downtown Windsor Alley Enhancements

Russell + Mills Studios led the design and visioning for the Downtown Windsor Alley enhancements. The project is envisioned as catalyst for future development in the downtown area. The project is behind the existing buildings along Main Street between 4th and 5th streets. The project includes concrete pavers, pedestrian level lighting, planting areas, planter pots, and a light/shadow central feature at the intersection of the main and mid-block alley entrance.
