Bucking Horse Townhomes 

Russell + Mills Studios was hired to develop a plan for a three-block townhome development in the Bucking Horse neighborhood. Building off our previously developed master plan, each townhome block focused on open space and was highlighted by a central green in each block. Each area included a small gathering space with a firepit and tables. The craftsman style architecture complemented the existing neighborhood and created a cohesive transition from this single family attached product to the adjacent single family detached homes.
