East Cheyenne Community Park Master Plan

Russell + Mills Studios was hired to create a long-term vision for East Cheyenne Community Park (ECCP). The plan focuses on creating a variety of active and passive recreational programs based on community and City desires and needs. Appropriate parking and general amenities will be developed to support the different programmatic elements in the park. The master plan takes into consideration various site constraints, like the floodplain, floodway, the historic railroad alignment, and additional public projects.
