Colorado State University – Meridian Village

Russell + Mills is the site designer for the development of a new student housing village in Colorado State University’s central campus north of the CSU Canvas Stadium. The project is envisioned as a vibrant residential village that provides the comforts of home, the community support of a village and the setting to inspire and promote well-being for all.

The project will house approximately 1500 students and will include a new dining venue with outdoor dining spaces, student gathering and activity courtyards as both intimate outdoor lounges and public spaces such as outdoor classrooms and event space and activity lawns. The project is designed to facilitate strong multi-modal connections from Academic Village as well as the new stadium and the campus core.
