Fossil Creek Ranch
Russell + Mills Studios led the planning and entitlement effort for the Fossil Creek Ranch subdivision. The layout of the project is based on a framework of maintaining open space and valuable views to the west. The site winds around the existing fossil creek outlet ditch running from north, wetland areas along County Road 5 to the east, and fossil creek along with existing wetlands to the south. A perimeter loop trail connects to all open space areas within the residential area in addition to a small neighborhood park adjacent to the existing wetland area. The project consists of single-family residential in addition to a future multi-family and commercial area to the west.
