Colorado State University – Laurel Village Student Housing

Russell + Mills Studios led the site design for the expansion of a new student housing village on the north side of Colorado State University’s campus. The village combines a 600 bed student housing building, academic classrooms and community spaces. The site includes a village core flex space, inviting gathering spaces, innovative storm water solutions and an academic quad with an outdoor classroom. Pathway connections create a seamless connection to adjacent campus spaces.
