Crowley Park

Russell + Mills Studios was hired to help create a large floor plate office campus in Central Valley, California.  The amenity-driven design explored creating a large central park space that offers tenants a chance to relax, meet outside and work outside. Tenants can take advantage of the outdoor offices, gathering spaces, putting greens, and amphitheater space for training.  The project also created a trail circuit system that encouraged walking throughout the campus. The development supported sustainable elements which included low water-use native plantings, shade trees, solar power, geothermal, ground water recharging, bio-retention and swales, rain gardens, and passive building design.  This innovative office park optimizes California’s pleasant outdoor environment and creates a unique and comfortable work environment for its occupants.
