Westray Mixed Use

Westray is the next edition of a Class-A office development located on an 11-acre site across from Fiddler’s Green Amphitheater. Taking cues from Schnitzer West’s mission to ‘Outperform the Expected’, the Westray project is highly amenitized with their trademark luxury Great Room Lobby, and ample of Great Outdoor Rooms where tenants can take advantage of Colorado’s favorable weather. The arrival begins in an expansive entry plaza that provides garden space to utilize for lunch, or hold outdoor meetings and events. Adjacent to the Great Room Lobby on level 8, several terraces have been designed to provide outdoor pre-function and event space for the conference facility located within the building, and a on-site restaurant terrace that will keep patrons in the building during off-work hours. Both terraces provide additional outdoor meeting space, and are planted appropriately to extend the Great Room biophilic design concept to the outdoor rooms.
