Mosaic Community Land Planning

Russell + Mills led the land planning and landscape architecture efforts for the Mosaic community land planning as well as the entitlement process through the City of Fort Collins. Mosaic is a residential community designed to provide a mix of housing types and significant connected open space and includes single family, small-lot single family, paired homes, town homes and multi-family uses. Commercial land use near the primary entry offers some level of amenities and a community pool and neighborhood park that are connected through greenbelts provide recreational opportunities. An existing wetland was reconfigured and accommodates habitat enhancements for mitigation purposes as well as stormwater facilities to meet City of Fort Collins stormwater standards.
