Site design integrates a 600 bed mixed-use student housing village with academic, support, activity centers. Two south facing, solar harvesting quads are linked through north-south and east-west pedestrian and bicycle spines. Intimate study spaces contrast with public community/gathering spaces. Park-like edges are preserved along north and south extents with ground-floor privacy created through ‘Colorado Landscapes’ integrating dry-stream bioswales and native plants.
