Site design includes 1,000-bed residence hall village, integrating pedestrian focused plazas, courtyards, lawns, and exterior programmed spaces. Significant open space is preserved to maintain and celebrate the residential experience and leverage the favorable Colorado climate. Overall, the project is equipped to accommodate the needs of 3 student communities: the Intercultural Connections Community, the unaffiliated undergraduate community, and the graduate/postdoc/scholar community.
